Full scale conversion of 60sq.m top floor penthouse in two levels / open plan with one bedroom, en suite shower room and dressing / lounge area, kitchen, work top and 100 sq. m of balcony space for rest, relaxation play and dinning.
The 60 sq. m 2- storey penthouse with perimeter balconies offered magnificent panoramic views of Athens. The project was focused on creating an open plan versatile custom made furnished interior in order to maximize use of space in a way that it could be lived in for play, relaxation, or work. The top floor is a sleeping area, with shower room and dressing, and the main floor is a split level area with
custom made sofa-double bed, TV/playroom, kitchen work top, and wc with shower.
The exterior is an extended area for play, rest, view. A perimeter planting strip borders the two balconies planted with shrubs and herbs, and two pergolas distribute shaded space into both ends for seating and resting.
Materials: Travertino marble, polished cement ice-white screed floor, oak floor and woodwork, anodized aluminium, ‘tsini’ local Ioannina marble, iron.
Furniture: All custom made, and selected pieces from Myran Scandinavian design.
